The book of Ruth is an amazing story set in the dark days of the Judges. It is a short, yet powerful book, that hits on such themes as; the characteristics of a godly man and woman, what makes a family stand the test of time (hesed love), God is at work in everyday life, and perhaps most importantly we see that God has graciously provided a much needed Redeemer for all of humanity.
