Worship Services - 8:30am and 11:00am
Nursery care for children 0-2 is available during the 11:00 service.
Children’s Church for ages 3-5 is available during the sermon portion of the 11:00 service.
You might be tempted to think that the historical events (Jews being liberated from Egypt, the parting of the Red Sea, wandering in the wilderness, giving of the Ten Commandments, God dwelling with his people in the tabernacle) that took place in Exodus have nothing to say to those of us living in our day and time. Don’t give into that temptation! Every single page of Scripture, from Genesis to Revelation, is relevant for our everyday life! In the book of Exodus we will explore themes like: the fiery holiness of God, where we can find true freedom, deliverance from sin and slavery, the presence of God, the problem of idolatry, and most importantly we will see that Jesus is the greater Moses and he is the only One that gives us the freedom we desperately need. We are praying that this sermon series through the amazing book of Exodus deepens your knowledge, and your affection, for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
Sunday School classes will not be meeting this summer.
We will have coffee and cookies available in the foyer between the two worship services. It’s a great time to catch up with a friend or meet someone new!
Join us on Sunday morning to pray over our worship services!
Connection Cards
We have Connection Cards available on the backs of the chairs in the sanctuary. Guests can fill them out and take them to the Info Center for a free gift. Anyone can use them to submit prayer requests, request more information about ministries, update personal contact information, ask a question, or give feedback. Cards can be dropped into the offering boxes at the entrances to the sanctuary.

We’ll be grilling burgers and hotdogs - we’re asking you to bring a side or dessert to share. After the picnic we’ll walk over to the beach for baptisms. There are some picnic tables, but you may want to bring a chair if you’d like to sit to watch the baptisms.
Annual Meeting
Sunday, August 25, 9:45am (between the worship services)
Everyone is welcome. We will hear reports from elders, pastors, and ministry leaders. Members will be voting on the proposed budget for 2024-25, a proposed roof replacement project, and elder candidates. Printed reports with more detailed information on all of these things are available in the church foyer.
Please mark your calendars and plan to attend!
Children’s Ministry Serving Opportunities
Awana, Club 56 and Sunday school will all begin in early September and to make those happen, we need those of you, with a heart for children and their families, to serve. There is also a need to grow our New Life Nursery team along with our Children’s Church teaching team. These 2 ministries run year-round.
We hope that you will prayerfully consider being a part of our Children’s Ministry Teams. You can read more about them and sign up to serve on our website or you can contact Janet Stee for more information (janets@newlifeefree.org or 886-1977).

Do you have extra Bibles at home?
A member of our community is collecting Bibles to send overseas. If you have used Bibles that you would like to donate, you can place them in the box near the office door.
Upcoming Short-Term Missions Trips
Steve Austvold is leading two upcoming missions trips. Teams would be partnering with the EFCA Crisis Response program and working with other EFCA churches to serve communities that have been affected by natural disasters. The buttons below will give you more details about these trips. If you are interested in serving, let us know. We have a few people from New Life that are interested and may want to travel together. You can call the church office (886-1977) or send an email to sherryd@newlifeefree.org.
Each month, we will be highlighting a missionary or organization that is supported by New Life. We encourage you to be praying for them and also learning more about how God is working through them in their area of ministry.
