We all need a Biblical reminder that God has saved us for a much greater purpose than comfort and the pursuit of the American Dream. On Sunday, January 1st (9 and 11 AM) Pastor Michael will be preaching about how we can make a difference in this world in the middle of our everyday lives. Let's begin this New Year with a renewed passion for being the hands of feet in a world that desperately needs to experience the life-transforming grace of Jesus Christ. We hope you and your family will join us!
Worship Services - 9:00am and 11:00am
Nursery care for children 0-2 is available. Children’s Church for kids age 3-5.
Sunday School classes will not meet January 1.
What if you could help change the world without changing your routine?
We will be starting a new Adult Sunday School class in January and it is called BLESS. Our goal is that every single adult at New Life Church attends this 6 week class! You never come to Adult Sunday School? You need to come! This is a critically important class about reaching the lost in the counties all around us with the love of Jesus Christ. We are not going to make you feel guilty about not doing evangelism. Instead we are going to EQUIP and INSPIRE you to do outreach. Sunday School and Nursery are available to your children during this time period. It starts January 8th. Mark your calendars; you do not want to miss this!
Connection Cards
We have Connection Cards available on the backs of the chairs in the sanctuary. Guests can fill them out and take them to the Info Center for a free gift. Anyone can use them to submit prayer requests, request more information about ministries, update personal contact information, ask a question, or give feedback. Cards can be dropped into the offering boxes at the entrances to the sanctuary.

New Members
This week we welcome Vern & Sharon Manley and Merrell & Christine Ness as members of New Life Church! If you are wondering how membership works, you can read what our church constitution says about it here. The Next Steps Class is required for membership and we typically hold two series of classes each year. We’ll announce the dates/times here in the digital bulletin when we schedule the classes.
Child Dedication
Sunday, January 22
On Sunday, January 22, we will have a time of Child Dedication during our worship services. We’d love to have your family participate! Call the church office or email Lezlie (lezliee@newlifeefree.org) if you would like to dedicate your child(ren).
On Sunday, February 12, we will have baptisms during our worship services. If you or your child/teen would like to be baptized or would like to learn more about baptism, please call the church office or send an email to Lezlie (lezliee@newlifeefree.org).
New Women’s Study
Tuesday mornings | 5:45am at New Life | beginning January 24
How can we hold onto assurance of our faith? How can we discern the truth from a lie? How can we know God loves us? In these three short letters, the apostle John reminds an early church facing division, deception, and doubt to hold fast to what they know and to live like they believe it. And he reminds us, as well. In this 10-session Bible study on the letters of 1, 2, and 3, John, Jen Wilkin helps you see how two thousand years later, his words call to Christians in similar challenges to recall a great salvation and to abide in the truth.

Opportunity to serve our Youth…
Each Wednesday we end our youth group evening with a snack and time to hang out together after their small group time. People from our New Life family have been providing snack for us - either homemade or picked up at a store. The students really enjoy this time! If you would like to bring a snack you can sign up using the button below (the sign up is near the bottom of the page), or call the church office (886-1977) and we can help you get signed up.
